Process and Shipping

MYARRUM has partnered with DHL, one of the world’s leading logistics companies, to provide you with cost-effective, quick and flexible shipping.
Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number for your shipment, allowing you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until the point it reaches your doorstep. You will also have an opportunity to re-schedule the delivery with DHL according to a time convenient for you if necessary.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Please note that if you give DHL the authorization to deliver a package without a signature, SHUKR is not responsible for the package if it goes missing. We do not recommend giving DHL authorization to deliver without a signature.

 

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
Order will be prepared in the same day with max 9 AM (Jakarta, UTC+7) or it will be prepared in the next day. Then it takes 3-4 days to prepare the order. We also offer FREE standard shipping to selected countries based on your order total. Just find your country in the table below and see whether your order total qualifies for discounted or FREE standard shipping. You may be responsible for payment of any customs duties for orders outside the USA.

Please note that all Artizara orders are invoiced in US dollars only. The currency convertor on our website is available just as a helpful tool to enable you to view estimated prices in your local currency. However, currency exchange rates fluctuate and your credit card statemet may show a different amount based on the exchange rate and fees charged by your credit card issuer.
International packages shipped with standard US Postal Service shipping usually take 8-10 business days for delivery. With Rush shipping your order can be there in as little as 2-3 days but it depends on your destination.Please be aware that delays in customs are possible. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.


You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees imposed by your home country.These taxes are not included in your order and are calculated by customs officials of each individual country, and are therefore difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

Simple Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy, we're not happy! Your Artizara purchase is backed by a simple 30 day "no-hassle" return/exchange policy. Return any items you purchase within 30 days of the order shipped date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. For USA orders $100+ a FREE prepaid return label will be emailed to you upon request. Simply email us at service@artizara.com or call us at +1.858.448.4810 with your order number.  For orders under $100 and all international orders, you are responsible for shipping costs to get the return to us. For domestic/USA exchanges, exchange your items with items of equal value and we will ship the exchange to you, FREE!

Please note that:

  • All Return/Exchange packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

What is non-refundable and non-exchangeable?

  • Returns received after 30 days of the order shipment date
  • Returns received in damaged, altered or worn condition, without tags or packaging
  • International duties and taxes paid by you to your home country
  • Wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Defective wholesale merchandise only, can be exchanged within 7 days of order shipped date. Please call us to obtain a return authorization for wholesale exchanges.
  • Items not purchased from Artizara directly, or bought from wholesalers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to Return/ Exchange:

Quick Returns

  • For Quick Exchanges, and to make sure you get the item you want before it runs out of stock:
    • Call Customer Care at 1-858-449-4810. We’ll place a new order immediately, and charge your card for your new item, and waive shipping charges to you. (This will create a temporary charge on your card until the return is received and a refund is issued, but will ensure your exchange item is shipped to you quickly) All that’s left to do is to return your original item for a refund following the steps below.
    • If you do not want the second charge and your exchange item shipped before your return is received, you can also return/exchange using the regular method below:

Regular Returns

  • Please email us at service@artizara.com and let us know what you would like to return
  • Include your invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.
  • On the invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging
  • Specify if you are returning or exchanging.
  • If you are exchanging, indicate the new item name/number, color and size.
  • Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
  • Ship your package to the address noted below. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. You can ship using whatever shipping method is most convenient for you. However, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is trackable, provides proof of delivery and insurance. Artizara is not responsible for lost returned shipments and cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise we do not receive.
  • We'll email you within 5-7 business days when we process your return!
