Warranty and Returns
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying.
Please kindly reference the size chart(s) / Details in Measurement on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an return and refund for you.
But if you need to change the size or colors , We suggest you place the new order for the correct item
you need because only the return item is received by MyArrum , then can we process the refund .
7 Day Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.
If you receive any damaged or incorrect items , Please contact us immediately .We are here to help!
Go to your personal center and find the corresponding order number to Submit message.
Please provide order number and product item code .
For faulty, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
MyArrum's responsibility :
If our company is responsible for the issue, A new item will be resent to you freely along with your next order, Or we can process the refund unconditionally .
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to return it , it is Allowed as well .
However in that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for return .
Once your returned item(s) has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you (item price + shipping fee ) at the time of purchase you paid.
Notes For Returns
1) Please contact us no later than 7 days after you have received your purchase. After this time we cannot guarantee that the refund request will be accepted.
2) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories .
3) Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
4) Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.
5) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
