Avoid returns. MYARRUM wants you to be happy with your purchase and not have to return it. Most returns from online clothing stores are made because of sizing issues. MYARRUM has therefore gone to extra lengths to make choosing the correct size an almost risk-free affair. Take the measurements of your own body and the garment measurements to see the measurements of the actual clothing itself, which you can then compare to any item of clothing you already own to see if it is similar or not. If you use both charts then you will be guaranteed the correct clothing size, inshaAllah.
Returned items should be mailed back to MYARRUM within 30 days of purchase and must meet the following criteria:
1. Item is not worn outside of the house
2. Item is in its original new condition
3. Item has not been washed
4. Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
5. Item is mailed within 30 days from the date of purchase
The initial shipping charges for sending the products to you are not refunded, except in cases where SHUKR is at fault for sending an incorrect product.
1. Returns should only be shipped by DHL.
2. Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.
3. On the invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging
Specify if you are returning or exchanging.
4. If you are exchanging, indicate item name/number, color and size.
5. Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
6. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. MYARRUM is not responsible for lost returned shipments and cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise we do not receive.
7. We'll email you within 5-7 business days when we process your return!s with any questions or concerns!

It normally takes a maximum of 5 business days for your return sent with DHL to be received back at our distribution center. Providing that the returned item(s) meet the return criteria mentioned above, we will then process your store credit or refund and send you an email notification to this effect.
If you want to cancel an order after just placing it and before it is shipped to you, then please contact us immediately. We process your order very quickly after it is placed, sometimes in just a few hours, and so the time frame is very short.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund it and you will not be charged anything.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged for both the outward shipping and return fees.
